Vexium Hosting offers a 72-hour money-back guarantee on eligible services.

## 72-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

### Eligibility

You may request a full refund if:

* Request is within **72 hours** of purchase
* Service is a new purchase (not renewal)
* Service type is eligible for refunds

### Eligible Services

| Service           | Refund Eligible |
| ----------------- | --------------- |
| Game Hosting      | ✅ Yes           |
| VPS Hosting       | ✅ Yes           |
| Web Hosting       | ✅ Yes           |
| Dedicated Servers | Contact support |

### Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds are **not** provided for:

* Requests after 72 hours
* Renewal payments
* Account abuse or ToS violations
* Chargebacks (see below)
* Services terminated for abuse

## How to Request a Refund

### Step 1: Contact Support

### Step 2: Provide Information

Include:

* Your account email
* Service name/ID
* Order date
* Reason for refund

### Step 3: Await Processing

* Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
* Refund issued to original payment method
* Confirmation email sent

## Refund Processing

### Timeline

| Stage            | Timeframe                          |
| ---------------- | ---------------------------------- |
| Request received | Immediate                          |
| Review           | 1-2 business days                  |
| Refund issued    | 1-3 business days                  |
| Funds received   | 3-5 business days (varies by bank) |

### Refund Method

Refunds are issued to:

* Original payment method used
* Credit card → Card refund
* PayPal → PayPal refund

## Partial Refunds

### Upgrades & Downgrades

* Prorated credit may be applied
* No cash refunds for downgrades
* Credit applied to account balance

### Service Issues

If you experienced significant service issues:

* Contact support
* We may offer partial credit
* Reviewed case by case

## Chargebacks

<Warning>
  **Do not file a chargeback without contacting us first!**

If you file a chargeback:

* Account immediately suspended
* Services terminated
* May result in permanent ban
* Contact us first - we want to help!

## After Refund

### Service Status

Upon refund approval:

* Service cancelled immediately
* All data deleted
* Access revoked

### Future Service

You may purchase new services after a refund, but repeated refund requests may be declined.
