How to Cancel

Cancellation Request

  1. Log into billing portal
  2. Go to Services
  3. Select the service to cancel
  4. Click “Request Cancellation”
  5. Choose cancellation type
  6. Provide reason (optional)
  7. Confirm cancellation

Before You Cancel

Download Your Data

All server data is deleted upon cancellation!
Before cancelling:
  1. Download your world/data
  2. Export any configurations
  3. Save anything you need

Consider Alternatives

Before cancelling, consider:
  • Downgrading to a smaller plan
  • Pausing instead (if available)
  • Contacting support about issues

Cancellation Timing

Immediate Cancellation

  • Service stops immediately
  • Data deleted within 24-48 hours
  • No prorated refund (see refund policy)

End of Period Cancellation

  • Service continues until renewal date
  • Cancelled at end of paid period
  • No further charges

After Cancellation

Data Retention

  • Data kept briefly for recovery
  • Permanently deleted after grace period
  • Cannot be recovered after deletion

Reactivation

Want to come back?
  1. Order a new service
  2. Start fresh (previous data not available)
  3. Contact support with questions

Cancelling During Trial/Refund Period

If within the 72-hour money-back guarantee period:
  1. Request cancellation
  2. Request refund (if eligible)
  3. See Refund Policy

Involuntary Cancellation

Services may be cancelled for:
  • Non-payment
  • Terms of Service violation
  • Abuse reports
