How to Cancel
Cancellation Request
- Log into billing portal
- Go to Services
- Select the service to cancel
- Click “Request Cancellation”
- Choose cancellation type
- Provide reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation

Before You Cancel
Download Your Data
All server data is deleted upon cancellation!
Before cancelling:
- Download your world/data
- Export any configurations
- Save anything you need
Consider Alternatives
Before cancelling, consider:
- Downgrading to a smaller plan
- Pausing instead (if available)
- Contacting support about issues
Cancellation Timing
- Service stops immediately
- Data deleted within 24-48 hours
- No prorated refund (see refund policy)
End of Period Cancellation
- Service continues until renewal date
- Cancelled at end of paid period
- No further charges
After Cancellation
Data Retention
- Data kept briefly for recovery
- Permanently deleted after grace period
- Cannot be recovered after deletion
Reactivation
Want to come back?
- Order a new service
- Start fresh (previous data not available)
- Contact support with questions
Cancelling During Trial/Refund Period
If within the 72-hour money-back guarantee period:
- Request cancellation
- Request refund (if eligible)
- See Refund Policy
Involuntary Cancellation
Services may be cancelled for:
- Non-payment
- Terms of Service violation
- Abuse reports
Non-Payment Cancellation
