Eligibility
You may request a full refund if:
- Request is within 72 hours of purchase
- Service is a new purchase (not renewal)
- Service type is eligible for refunds

Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds are not provided for:

- Chargebacks (see below)
- Services terminated for abuse

- Your account email
- Service name/ID
- Order date
- Reason for refund
Step 3: Await Processing
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method

Service Issues
If you experienced significant service issues:
- Contact support
- We may offer partial credit
- Reviewed case by case
Chargebacks
Do not file a chargeback without contacting us first!
If you file a chargeback:
- Account immediately suspended
- Services terminated
- May result in permanent ban
- Contact us first - we want to help!
After Refund
Service Status
Upon refund approval:
- Service cancelled immediately
- All data deleted
- Access revoked
Future Service
You may purchase new services after a refund, but repeated refund requests may be declined.
