You may request a full refund if:
  • Request is within 72 hours of purchase
  • Service is a new purchase (not renewal)
  • Service type is eligible for refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Support

  2. Or message on Discord

Step 2: Provide Information

Include:
  • Your account email
  • Service name/ID
  • Order date
  • Reason for refund

Step 3: Await Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Confirmation email sent

Service Issues

If you experienced significant service issues:

  • We may offer partial credit
  • Reviewed case by case

Chargebacks

Do not file a chargeback without contacting us first!
If you file a chargeback:
  • Account immediately suspended
  • Services terminated
  • May result in permanent ban
  • Contact us first - we want to help!

After Refund

Service Status

Upon refund approval:
  • Service cancelled immediately
  • All data deleted
  • Access revoked

Future Service

You may purchase new services after a refund, but repeated refund requests may be declined.
