Can’t connect to your server? Here’s how to troubleshoot.Basic Checks
1. Verify Server is Online
- Log into game panel
- Check server status (Online/Offline)
- If offline, start the server
- Wait for full startup
2. Verify Server Address
Check your connection details:- Look at top of panel for IP:PORT
- Ensure you’re using the correct address
- Include the port number

3. Check Your Internet
- Can you access other websites?
- Try restarting your router
- Check if other games work
Common Connection Errors
”Can’t Resolve Hostname”
Cause: DNS issue or wrong address Solution:- Verify IP address is correct
- Use IP instead of hostname
- Try flushing DNS:

“Connection Refused”
Cause: Server not running or wrong port Solutions:- Verify server is online
- Check port number is correct
- Wait for server to fully start
- Check firewall isn’t blocking

”Not Whitelisted”
